1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally to many countries. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by their country's customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Floral Midriff Dress is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@floralmidriffdress.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or immediately upon receipt for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details (e.g., photos of damaged packaging/items). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions, or to countries where our shipping partners are unable to provide reliable service.
